 Start this quest by talking with Merchant Crew after completing Port City Commotion

Talk with the residents in any order

Return to the crewman again

Head to Strasserad and talk with the people in any order

Return to the crewman again and talk with him twice

Head to the blackfire region and head to Lake Abyss Underground Maze 

(refer to the map on this post if you need to)

Kill these mobs to collect 30 Ocean-scented cloth

(no coords since they are allllllllllllllll over the northern half of the map)

Once you collect all of the cloth, talk with the crewman again

Reward: EXP (4.9975b)

 Start this quest in Bridgehead at Merchant Crew

Head to Thief Guild Warehouse A 1F

Click this chest

Head to Thief Guild Warehouse B

Click this chest too

Head to Thief Guild Warehouse C

Lastly, click this chest

Head back to the crewman

Talk to him twice. then head to Bridgehead Shop Guild 1F

Click these chests in any order

Head to BSG 2F and talk with Irin

After she kicks you out, talk with the crewman once more to finish the quest

Reward: EXP (999.5m)

To get to these new fields, head to Western Def Hills 

and then you will find them on the southern part of the map

II: New Episode Quest

"Colliding Two Stars" is started in the Adventure Association of Bigaple (20,23), 

just talk to the NPC "Deputy Director" but you will need to be Lv1000+

Guide will be made as soon as I can, but you will get a ring and an emote from it

"All new Episode Quests will be opened in order. "

I believe this means it isn't tied to Delan/Darlene episodes, 

but is an entirely new line which will continue...
