360 health
balance know and luck (2K 2L)
normal skills for angel

strengthen build:

360 wisdom
balance know and luck (2K 2L)

i advise going for the strengthen build because higher tsets need wisd...best set for this build is the 490T set, gives 16% avoid with full set
and having both 360 wisd and 360 health really puts a damper on ur know and luck...so yea....dont go weaken unless u wanna park ur set at lv 285 or have lower stats than the str build :D 
go for the weaken route, use eternal wings, luck 1/3 boots, head, belt, and crown. also try and get hp% cape 60%+
