Kill either the blue or green skeletons until quest updates
Then kill either the fiends or demons/ghosts til quest updates again
(these are on the top left area of the map)
finally, kill the rippers/reapers to update quest yet again
(same area as fiend/ghosts)
after you get quest update, take An evidence of a Forbidden Spell to Icaros
